Jennifer has direct oversight of Sport at WinSport, overseeing the Leadership team and numerous instructors, coaches, career coaches, sport development managers, program leads, and team leads.

She is a people-oriented, community-minded, enthusiastic individual with vision.  Her diverse background includes contributions in sport business, administration, and systems change.  Jennifer is a sport expert with an intimate understanding of the Canadian sport system and sport excellence at its best.

Jennifer possesses strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others, extensive knowledge in creating and designing programs.

She holds a degree in Physical Education & Recreation Studies from the University of Manitoba and is completing her Executive Leadership Education with Queens University’s Smith School of Business.
